Special Highlight

We have a towing company that comes on site, so be sure to have a valid 2019–2020 parking pass. You will need to stop by the office during business hours to check out temporary parking passes. Visitors WILL BE TOWED without a valid pass.

Reminders and Updates

Rent is due on the first of every month and will be late on the fourth. You can pay your rent online by clicking here or by bringing a check or money order into the office. Water will be billed with your rent and can be paid at the same time. Electric service should be set up through Alabama Power and directly paid to them.

We hope you’ve had a good start to the semester! Everyone should be settled in by now and ready to take on the school year. October will be packed with events and a special Resident Appreciation Week, so be sure to look at the events section in this newsletter.

Renewal rates and new lease rates are ready! Please stop by the front desk so we can answer any questions you have in regard to renewing your lease — we’re happy to help and would love to see you stay with us next year!

Get involved. Get ahead.

Did you know students who are involved outside of the classroom are more successful in their academic pursuits? If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to find opportunities to get involved on campus and in the local community. Your campus’ student activities office is a great place to start to find out about clubs, organizations, and campus events. You can also connect with our team to find ways to get connected. Whether it’s the chess club or intramural football, or volunteering at a local shelter, we would love to help you find ways to get involved both at your Campus Advantage community and on campus.

Spooktacular Pumpkin Painting — October 8 from 5:30–6:30 p.m. — Come by the office and have some fun painting pumpkins with CA Miah!

Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament — October 15 from 5–6:30 p.m. — Put your competitiveness to the test and come by the office to play in our Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament! *You must RSVP to be eligible to play.*

Taco Tuesday — October 22 from 4:30–6 p.m. — Stop by the office and enjoy a taco bar with your favorite staff!

Pet Costume Contest — October 25, All Day — Dress your pet, post your pictures on Instagram, and tag us to see which pet has the best costume!
