Chef Bancroft collaborates with local ranchers and the Auburn University Meats Lab to source responsibly farm-raised meat, prominently featured on their amazing charcuterie layouts. Beautifully arranged main dishes like seared snapper and roasted chicken — even chicken-fried bacon — are supremely photogenic.
